I just graduated in June and too nclex on and pass my first try. What I did was to stick to strategies like don't chose answers that have all, always, never, none u know words that are straight forward and direct. Also I chose answers that have ABC Nursing process, masclow hierarchy. For example if a question ask me what to prioritize in a patient that has respiratory problems I would look for the answer with airway and if a question ask me to collect data I would look for a answer with data because data is the first step of lpn nursing process. Also if a question ask me to about the patient I would go with physiciological answer first then safety like the masclow process. I think this test is most about how u strategize and how u critical think , so I would focus on that way.

Hi..don't give up. I know exactly how you feel, I had to test twice. You can do this! What are using and how are you studying?
