looking for a comprehensive, easy read type book to help get me more acclimated to equipment/patient management in a cardiothoracic icu. i have previously worked in a telemetry setting, so swans and a-lines are new to me. i have little vent experience as well.... any reccomendations? :rolleyes:

agreed. icufaqs.org is awesome. I printed off most of the FAQs and put them in a binder.
