So all of you know that in our last clinical rotation have to be team leader for the day. This includes being at clinicals an hour early and picking pt. assignments. I'm so nervous though ! Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Ofcourse I volunteered first because no one else would. I'm just hoping everything goes smoothly.

GL. Just keep your head and don't settle for excuses...expect that your classmates will do their work...and make sure they do..

and don't forget the team leader is also supposed to be there to help out, too (at least that's the way it was explained to us). there is no i in teamwork.
Thanks guys ! Can't wait to crack open my whip, lol. But seriously I plan to definitely work as a team and make sure we stay on top of things and prioritze. I gotta put my work in after all we do have to write a five page paper on our experience as a team leader, buts thats a whole other thread.

5 page paper?!?!?!? that's nuts.....all we had to do was fill out a one-page questionnaire.....just make sure you keep everyone on track....I found my experience to be mostly boring unless I was helping out someone....

I have no doubt that you'll do fine. You seem to have no problem running everything else.
