Has anyone taken the lpn entrance exam for Knoedlers School of Nursing recently? I have to take my test on January 10 and I am nervous. I am already an STNA so I am sure that will help. Does anyone have any ideas on what I need to study before taking the test?

I have been an rn for 7 years now, but I do remember taking the entrance exam for lpn wayyyy back in 1987. They tested English/grammer skills, math, basic science/biology that I remember for sure. Times change, but I hope this helps.

As well as I can remember, it is a general education test with emphasis on reading and understanding the material, math, logical thinking, grammer, sciene, and some vocabulary. Good luck.
Thank you both so much. I really hope i pass. I have a 2 month old daughter that I need to support and make have a great life. Thanks again.
Good luck!
Keep in mind that you are giving up one solid year of your life, and that means a lot of time away from baby. Make sure youi have a reliable support system set up, and remember, IT's ONLY A YEAR and YOU CAN DO IT.
Thanks Lisa. I have already thought about that year but I know I have to do it to make her life better. Thanks for your help and I pray I get in.
