Is there already a thread for RNs waiting to hear about awards from the Nursing Education Loan Repayment Program?

When I search, I can only find previous year's threads.

Thank you everyone on this site for prayers and encouragement - I'm worrying now bc I have gone back to school for doctorate and my loans went from forbearance to in school deferment automatically so I hope this hasn't messed anything up! I really need the financial burden lifted!

I know last year that I was in deferment and they said it was fine......no worries....keep on praying!!!!!!

CTW and Silver, I just know your signatures are right on the horizen, probably today (Friday). Then once everyone has there final emails, we can all go out for drinks to celebrate. I guess we'll need to bring our computers and have a virtual get together!

Hi Everyone! Congratulations to those who received your emails and awards already!

I have a question for anyone who thinks they can answer it ...

Apparently all the hrsa emails I was getting were sent to my SPAM folder ... and I am unable to retrieve any that were past 4 weeks ago... my question is - where can I check the status of my application?

Obviously I never received the 1st email - but I realize that some people are still hearing back- I'll try to be patient!

If anyone knows how to check the status in case they missed the email, let me know! Thanks!

They received your application. I suggest you call the help desk today- they open at 8am eastern time

I'm really starting to get nervous/confused. My D to I is around 200%, I'm an RN at a DSH . My application status says "Submitted" - meaning they haven't even looked at it yet?! I'm not going to sleep very well for the next few weeks!

So I just called the helpdesk & they said they're still reviewing my application, but she also mentioned that they've been having trouble updating the statuses of applications - so some that say "Submitted" may actually be under review. I hope this is promising!
