what does everyone use for their clinicals do you make a sheet up? what do you bring?

Our school provided the worksheets for us (along with tons of other paperwork that we have to do, pathos, labs, etc.)

I usually take my med surg book, nursing diagnoses book, drug guide, a pocket size notebook, penlight and lots of pens!
