can't you go to the California State Board of Nursing Website (or Health Dept) to look and see if you have your license yet? that's what i did and they had my license number posted 2 days after i took the test. here is the california website:

http://www.rn.ca.gov/

i don't know if it works the same in california as in washington, but i was able to type in my name and title and find my license number. you can also pay $8 to get the Pearson Quick Results on their website if you took your test through that company.

WELL I TOOK MY NCLEX ON APRIL 11 I GOT ALL 205 QUESTIONS AND I CANT SLEEP OR EAT I STUDIED, EVEN TOOK SOME NCLEX CLASSES TO HELP ME SO I DONT KNOW SINCE I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA I GOTTA WAIT 3-4 WEEKS TO GET MY RESULTS SO IM GOING CRAZY HAS ANYBODY EVER GOT THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF QUESTIONS AND WHAT WAS YOUR RESULTS? YOUR SUPPORT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

i took my test on april 12.and am still waiting !!!it stopped at Q92 idont know what that means.....waiting and hopping

I took my NCLEX on Saturday, had all 265, and was sure that meant I failed. I got my results yesterday, and passed!!! It was excutiatingly painful waiting, and during the test, I am sure you did what I did, which was just wish the questions would stop coming. Knowing all of your friends had passed with 75, etc. Good luck!!

Hello ! First of all Congradulations!!!! :) I am very happy to hear you passed :) . I just took my boards the 26th and am anxiously awaiting my results.......painful to say theleasy. I also got all 265 questions and felt terrible leaving there.. I hope and prayer I did well! How did you feel after taking the exam? Please get back! And again, Congrats RN!! You did it!! ALL done :)

I felt horrible. After I got home, I was sooo convinced I failed, I started doing questions again. I did them every day until I found out. I even played out in my head how I was going to tell my unit director at the hospital I had just gotten hired at as a GN. My friends all felt sorry for me, convinced I had failed as well. However, if you look at the NCLEX links on this site, you will see that more people have passed with 265 than failed. Once I found out, I cannot tell you the relief, however, I was fully prepared to do it again, no matter how painful. My questions were mostly drugs (side effects), OB and GI, which are my weakest points. It is almost as if the computer knows this. I do really hope you pass. When will you know? Let me know. Just remember, it is only a test. Not the end of the world

hey jlwadler! congratulations. you found out your result really fast. if you took it on a saturday and found out on a monday ... that was really fast. i took mine on the 25Th, results don't get updated on a saturday so I guess my last chance in on monday. wish us luck here to everyone who are still waiting.

Congratulations! I just took my exam two days ago and hopefully I will get my result by tomorrow. In the meantime I need an outlet to express my horrible feeling. Just like you I had 265 questions. I want to know if there was certainty in your mind that you answered the last 20-30 questions correctly. The reason I asked is that I rushed through the last 30 questions because I only had 30 minutes left. In your own feeling, do you think you answered the last 60 questions with atleast 50% correct?

Sorry to bombard you with these many questions, it's just that I am a nervous wreck.

I didn't even think about my last 20-30 questions. At that point, I was kind of guessing because I really thought I had failed and it didn't matter what I did. I am sure you are going to be fine either way. I do know how you feel and hope you find out soon. Let me know!!

Unfortunately I am sure I did not pass. I checked online (CA BON) yesterday and my name isn't posted. I took it with a classmate and his name is on it already. Is there still hope that my name will appear later on? Has that ever happened? Just wishful thinking on my part.

Honestly I've accepted it already. Of course I cried, but only for five minutes. I've always been a positive person, I don't think failing once will break me apart. Thanks for being there and I appreciate you answering my questions.

If u have SSS submitted in the BON, if u pass the exam your name will appear on their website after 3 days.... But if you don't have SSS you need to wait for 4 weeks to know the result....
