Need an nclex score to get license in another state?

Published

I was looking at the requirements to get licensed in another state. The application asked if you passed or failed nclex and what was the score. I thought the nclex was pass/fail only? Have they changed it? I took it in 2004.

The sore is pass/fail.

How odd, it is Pass Fail. They dont typically give you a score unless you fail!

It may be that the application info is old (dating back to when you got an actual score) and has just never been updated.

Well, I was licensed in 1996 with only pass/fail, so that must be a REALLY old app.

Even when I failed I didn't get a score but a printout with near pass etc
