Hi!
I have been a RN for 11 years, and have just recieved my first complaint to the Arizona Nursing Board. Without going into too much detail right now (I can if you want), I just want to ask if it you would advise getting a lawyer, or not (?). And if so, can anyone tell me of one that specializes in this field, and located in the Phoenix area?
Thank You So Much!

I am so sorry for your situation, but we can't provide legal advice as we aren't qualified to do so.

i would never go before the state board of nursing without legal representation ---my malpractice carrier will provide one for me.
the american association of nurse attorneys (taana or lawyer referral directory - az - aba should be able to assist you.
