Need a Job!

I have 9 years of ICU experience at a Major Level 1 Trauma Center in a different state. I have an ADN. I can't even get an interview!? What the heck is going on!? I've been applying for 3 months.

I need suggestions. I live slightly east of Hartford.

Also St. Vincents is a magnet hospital and Bristol is becoming one. Danbury, Milford, Charlotte, Sharon, New Milford, Gaylord, Waterbury, and think the hospital's of the ECHN are only hospital's in the state that don't require a BSN or prefer it. Not 100% sure about St. Mary's, Stamford, and Norwalk Hospital. The hospital in New London was just aquired by Yale so I assume they be looking for BSNs for nurses if not yet soon.

Try Saint Marys Hospital in Waterbury.
