Need a job in NY State

I passed NCLEX and IELTS tests last month. I am holding a RN license of NY state but I haven't pacticed for several years. Althought I am living in NY state (Buffalo area), I find it is very difficult to find a hospital to sponsor the Green Card. Did anyone have the same experience? Please help.

Since I am Canadian I am wondering if upper state NY is hiring alot of TNs which would make them not want to go through the work for green cards. Just a thought. I highly recommend PA and/or MD.

Wow, after more than 500 post, documents completed, examinations passed and now lawrence01 is getting frustrated? Dont give up my friend. Are hospitals in the upper NY willing to hire Canadian nurses on TN?
