Hi
does anyone have or know where to find info. on end of life care and issues to support THE NURSE? there are lots out there to care for the patient and family, but nothing on care for the nurse and how they feel, or their moral values, etc.
any help would be great.

Chaplains are a good resource. They're trained to counsel those who care for patients as well as families.
