If this person feels that she was discriminated against then she shoud contact her local NAACP they would help her. When I was in Resp Therapy school they got a girl back in school that did cheat. Try that and be calm I am the student Rep on the committee in my school for these situations and if you came in there ranting and accusing us of racism then I would immediately be put off and would not listen. There should be an appeal process and also your states board of college governers can be contacted. If the school receives federal funds then contact you state senator or represenitives office and ask them for help or who to contact Good Luck and I will pray for you to find peace in this Rhonda

thank you Rhoresmith for you advice! and I will try it and hopefully if it doesnt work for me maybe this school will think twice about trying to do this to someone else?
