Need your help/suggestions!

One of our elementary schools does a Fitness Fun Friday once every 2-3 months. Our next one is coming up in March and I am doing a Smart Nutrition booth. I had originally thought I would do some sort of relay or bingo game but I won't have much time and the student groups will be rather large. Any ideas? I want to do something fun so they will remember what I am teaching them. I'm thinking something along the lines of smart choices. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

how about a visual display ? like a sample of a good packed lunch and a sample of a bad packed lunch (full of junk food and a soda). i did this one year at my school and the kids loved it ! good luck !

That's a neat idea. Thinking maybe I can modify that by having all the foods mixed up and having the students pack the healthy lunch! Good interactive activity. Thanks for putting that out there :0)

Portion controls is a good one. Many kids (and adults) don't know what a real serving size looks like thanks to our super-sized lives.

I like the sugary drinks display. You have an empty soda bottle or gaterade, red bull, koolaid, etc and beside each example a clear plastic cup. In the cup you put the sugar equivalent. Some of those drinks have a 1/2 cup of sugar in each bottle! I can't think of the link right now, but I got it off the internet somewhere.
