need help with safe dose ranges//

Hello all,

I need to find some pediatric safe dose ranges for certain drugs. My drug book does not list them and I have not been able to find them online..any suggestions??? I am in peds clinical right now and these drugs are being given so there has to be some sort of safe range right?

I couldnt find the safe dose rnage for protonix either. My instructor tells us to call the pharmacy but sometimes they dont even know! thanks again for helping:)
