Need help relocating

I've been a long term care agency nurse for 8 years and my daughter is a CNA. We are looking at relocating to NY state. Can anybody guide us on where to look for agency positions? Do they use alot of agency out there...( I want to get at least a full time paycheck). Is there an area in the state we should be looking ( not near NYC ). What are the pay rates like? Sorry to ask so many questions at once but we're trying to find out as much as we can. Thank you and God bless.
