Need help with 2 parts of selection criteria

Hi everyone

I've been an RN in Singapore for 2 years and now I'm living here in Australia. I'm applying for RN jobs and have been writing statements to address the selection criteria but I'm always getting rejected and have never gotten an interview .

I have already addressed most of the criteria except 2. I would really appreciate any helpful tips with regard to the following--

"Demonstrate the ability to apply and adhere to organisational policies, including policies relating to human resources, workplace health and safety, and finance." To be honest, I have no idea as to what the policies relating to human resources and finance are. I visited the hospital's website to try to find some info about it but there was nothing.. For workplace health and safety, I was thinking about infection control. Anyone has any more ideas?

"Demonstrate the ability to promote a positive-workplace culture demonstrating honesty, integrity, respect and compassion for all patient, carers and staff." I know that I have to give situations for this but how many? There are 4 values stated and 3 target people, I'm unsure of which situation to focus/write on. It won't be possible for me to write about each as they only want a maximum of 2 pages for the whole selection criteria statement.

Please help
