i need help on Nursing theories!

well..... i'm a student from silliman university here in philippines.

as a freshmen i dont know much about the course i'm taking.

actually we have our project about nursing theories. my assigned theory is about the theory of jean watson. it's a collage about it.

my problem is the materials. i found no magazines or newspapers that fit to my project. i almost lost hope if i'm able to pass that project coz i'm finding that kind of magazines for almost a month. if i search the internet, i am afraid that me and my classmates may have thesame work.

please help me! give me some links on it or send me directly to my email address the pictures that i need. i need pictures that has the theme of watsons theory.

Watson has an internet site. Also you can do an on-line search of nursing literature of professional nursing journals.

Actually, u got my attention, when u said that u're from silliman U. it's in Dumaguete right? I'm from iloilo, a second courser, graduating na, hoping to take the board this june. I was there in dumaguete december of last year. 9 of us went on duty on O.R. at NOPH. U got a nice place.... we really enjoyed our time there (kahit 1 week lang) ---hehehe most of it pa, sa O.R.

i enjoyed eating in the boulevard at night..... there were students from ur school in the O.R. too....cute ng color ng scrub suit nyo. Anyway, goodluck to you......study hard and of course pray that he'll always guide u.....

my only tip for you is not to take the theory literally and explore further about the aspects of human caring. people together can already portrait caring and we, filipinos, caring is something innate to us like our "bayanihan" spirit, motherly love and close family ties.

i know this advise is already too as the 1st semester is about to start now.

just have pictures about caring.. like a hand holding another hand.. a nurse nursing a sick child.. etc. God bless on your requirement.. or then again you must have finished it already..
