Once they grant you eligibility to take the exam (approval) then the next step is registering at Pearson VUE: Computer-based testing solutions for high stakes certification and licensure test delivery. You need to fill in the exact data you gave to VT when you applied to them.
VT BON electronically sends your data to pearson-vue at the same time they give you your eligibility (aprroval) and pearson-vue will counter check the data they got from VT w/ what you will be filling-in when registering to them to confirm that you are the same person. You will then get your receipt of payments after paying through credit cards and your ATT via e-mail just a few minutes after your successful registration at Pearson-vue.
Once you log-in w/ your account in pearson-vue you will then be prompted to choose an NCLEX testing Center and just look for HK. There will be a calendar/scheduler there as well for you to know the open slots for that Center.
P.S. HK is almost always full for the 1st 2-3 months but it changes very often and if you have a dedicated internet service you can wait for a slot to open up and it opens up on a daily basis and sometimes in a single day there will be slots opening up all of a sudden. So, just be vigilant if you really want the HK testing center. If you find a slot close to the date you want - take it so that you already have a sure slot and just re-sched later on when you find a better one. You can re-sched or cancel on an unlimited basis and no extra pay as long as it is not less than 24 hours before the appointment.
You need to call to make the appointment though. The number for the asia-pacific region is in the website.
Goodluck.
If they already specifically said on their website that they approve you to take the exam then that's your eligibility already.
Some State BON websites don't have that service so they really have to wait for either an e-mail or a letter informing them of the board's approval.
Anyway, you're confirmation will be if you received your ATT (via e-mail) just a few minutes after successful registration at pearson-vue.
Those who register at pearson before being made eligible by their Boards will only receive a receipt of payments via e-mail while those whose Boards already electronically transmitted their approval to pearson will get their ATT right there and then as well.
thanks so much .....you really help me a lot...:)

I need to take my ATT to the test center. If i don't get my ATT paper , how can I take NCLEX test?

ATT is given by pearsonvue so all you need to do is arrange NCLEX at centre of your choice and ensure you remember to take ATT with you

You cannot select a date or test center and schedule a date without having the ATT issued to you. It is issued by Pearson-Vue after you have paid the fee and they have received approval from the state to release the document to you.
