Hello everyone,
I am in the OB/Pediatric semester of Nsg. and part of our assignment is doing a culture board on Zimbabwe with regards to Prenatal care, birth process, Infant care, Contraception, child rearing etc. I am hoping that someone may have some information on specific culural beliefs and practices in that part of the world and would be kind enough to share some common practices or rituals.
Are there any good websites and may provide more specific info? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey!! I am actually graduating from nursing school in December and then heading to Africa Febraury 1 to do some volunteer nursing there for 6 weeks. I am going to the country right beside Zimbabwe called Zambia. I am going through an organization called African Impact. They have an awesome website that may have some of the info. you are looking for on it. If not then I know there is other websites that you can link to through this one. It is www.africanimpact.com. Hope this helps!!!!
