This has been discussed a few times but come April 2010 the RN NCLEX exam is going to be slightly harder and much information can be found in the news section Dec 09 of the NCSBN website
You just need a camera and an account with skype. Even yahoo and msn messanger has the camera feature.I have
ATI Books
Saunders
Mosbys
Kaplan and a Hurst Review book although I didnt do the course, my cousin passed it down to me.
If anyone is in the Southern California, LA/Ventura County area we can start a group. :)
hi i want to join you guys too!
A fellow nurse told me to look at the past two years of the nursing journals. There are alot of new meds and quizzes and articles that may be on your next boards. I looked at the journals from 2007 and 2008. Some of the articles I was glad to read as it pertained to a question on my test. I also did the questions in NCLEX 3500 CD. If you do not have the CD get it. It is a real big help. Follows CAT style testing. Gets you better prepared than any other book.
Hope that helps. Happy studying and Good Luck!
I want to join also!!!!!!......Hope we can organize this and have a group review/study via Skype. :idea:Whether having a webcam or not. Anyone interested? How can we organize this? We need to set time(s) and day(s) devoted for this.
I am free anytime!.....We needed this to be an RN!!!!:yelclap:

I used NCLEX 4000, Davise's Review CD. These were very helpful.. I also used the Hesi cd. I recently took the exam and passed. I did 100 to sometimes 200 questions a day. When I would miss or guess at an answer I would write it down along with the rationale, and then look them up in more detail. I set a side 5 hours a day to study. I would do couple hours in the morning and a couple hours in the evening. This really helped help me.
