  2. Pearson Vue Trick....It works!!!!!!! So does the review class I took, he has a 100% passing rate, for my class! America Healthways Education Center (ahec) in Artesia is awesome. I failed the nclex multiple times, and I did other review classes (kaplan and a self review of hurst) + text books recommended. So I did some searching and found AHEC. I did the 7 day course, read my material and PASSED! If you need to contact me....feel free. I am a true believer of AHEC. FYI I took the Exam May 18,2010, got my results in CA May 21, 2010...I'm a RN! oh and i'm from Ventura County nearly 2 hours from Artesia and still attended the class!
  3. Hi all, I'm spreading the word, America Healthways Education Center (ahec) in Artesia is awesome. I failed the nclex multiple times, and I did other review classes (kaplan and a self review of hurst) + saunders and mosby texts! I still failed...I nearly gave up, 'til I came on to allnurses.com and ppl can't talking about AHEC! So I gave them a call and signed up for the next class, book fast cause spots fill quickly!!! I did my research this is the BEST NCLEX REVIEW for both RN AND LVN! 7 days from 9-5 or 6pm for only $475.00. Plus he has quizzes prior to starting class and a test on the last day! AHEC does have a HIGH PASSING RATE (currently for my class it's 100%)! If you need to contact me....feel free. I am a true believer of AHEC. FYI I took the Exam May 18,2010, got my results in CA May 21, 2010...I'm a RN! oh and i'm from Ventura County nearly 2 hours from Artesia and still attended the class!
  4. There's no way of challenging I don't think...just review and keep at it!
  5. Hi all, America Healthways Education Center (ahec) in Artesia/Cerritos is awesome. I failed the nclex multiple times, and I did other review classes (kaplan and a self review of hurst) + saunders and mosby texts! I still failed...I nearly gave up, but was told that I shouldn't allow NCLEX bring me down, since I did finish nursing school.... i found AHEC on here! So I gave them a call and signed up for the next class. Reviewed for a month what I learned....and PASSED If you need to contact me....feel free. I am a true believer of AHEC. FYI I took the Exam May 18,2010, got my results in CA May 21, 2010...I'm a RN!
  6. if it happens i'll let u know.
  7. NCSBN is nice cause it goes over content then gives you a quiz at the end. Saunders I thought had more challenging questions.
  8. You just need a camera and an account with skype. Even yahoo and msn messanger has the camera feature. I have ATI Books Saunders Mosbys Kaplan and a Hurst Review book although I didnt do the course, my cousin passed it down to me. If anyone is in the Southern California, LA/Ventura County area we can start a group. :)
  9. Maybe we can all study online using skype or something...then we can put all of our wonderful minds together and PASS THIS TEST! :) I'm trying to stay positive! ....remember we passed nursing school, they can't take away our degree!!!!! All we need is this lic. Hugs to All!
  10. Don't give up, I am with you also, I am also struggling to firgure out what to do to pass.
  11. NCSBN is an OK review for the price it is written by the NCLEX people. I took Kaplan also 2x and failed 2x. I also did ATI, Saunders, NCSBN, and Mosby. I'm thinking of investing 300.00 for the Hurst DVD review cause I don't know what else to do to pass.
  12. the advice you were given in the past responses are great! good luck
  13. We have a code team, it consist of a MD, RNs, RTs and sometimes the CNA or Secretary gets in the mix, either doing CPR or as a runner. The patients do not get interviewed afterwards, atleast not in the ER where I'm at
  14. I've pushed Diladid before very slowly, I've also hung the med. Always check the med book if you aren't sure
  15. Wow thats shamefull for nurses that dont check thier pts, it was constantly drilled in my head while in nursing school. I pray that nothing awful happens to the patients that aren't re-assessed, since you can't trust your lic. on another nurses assessment.
