Hello, my name is Michelle. I am a new graduate nursing student. I need to find an email pal from Scotland or Canada as part of an assigment. I am looking to find out current nursing issues and how things from a Nursing perspective are in other areas compared to the US. Please respond. Thanks.

Hey do you need someone especially from Scotland? I am from the UK, near Birmingham and would be willing to help, if I can?

Thanks so much for replying to my message!! I would be very interested in chatting with you. What is your nursing specialty? What Country are you practicing in? Do you have an email I can reach you at? What type of education for nursing did you receive? (In the US we have a BSN program which is 4 years long) Let me know a little about you and what issues you perceive with being a nurse where you are at. Do you work in a hospital setting? What type of insurance does your state or country provide for its citizens? What made you want to become a Nurse and are you happy with that choice? What future ambitiions career wise do you have? Welll I know this is throwing a lot of questions your way, if you can answer them it would be greatly appreciated...Thanks again for replying

Hi,
I know this discussion is a few months old now but I am a registered nurse coming up to two years qualified in the UK. I would be really happy to talk with you about the differences between UK and US nursing as I am interested in this topic too.
