need advise did not pass nclex so no job

Hi I found out I failed nclex on monday,I called my nm,she said I can only work as unit clerk thata there policy she said call hr see if any opening on other floors for unit clerk,hr say sorry no openings so terminted until pass nclex, hr said comeback when pas exam,was very very upset by this as I had great reviews from precepter on performance,well I cannot retest until dec.what should I do I need to work.

Try 2 keep your head up!! Find out what other things do you enjoy doing and seek those things out 2 do. You will be in my prayers and I am sorry 2 hear this. I have been there before & it doen't feel good but you can do it don't give up!!!

(((( HUGS )))) Sorry to hear you did not pass this time. The good news is it sounds like they want to work with you as much as they are able to do so at this point. In the meantime, what about working as a tech or aide at your facility? Remember when you start to study again to study as though you have not taken the exam before. Have you considered Suzanne's Plan? I hope things work out for you. GOOD LUCK! And hang in there.

thanks guys ,it is a blow not passing I really thought I had,guess second time will be charm.the hospital were I worked will not let me tech becuse am noy cna certified.so either no work till pass or tech somwhere else?
