Need Advice with Vermont NCLEX

Just learned that our Philippine license will not be available until 6-8 months from now...already sent VT application and payment last week. Any chance they will evaluate and approve that without the license? just had a cover letter explaining why i ddnt have a license yet plus my board rating..any of you guys familiar with this situation? :uhoh3:

i dont think so they will aprove it since you didnt passed your previous writien exam you have to take it again and passed it.

They will not process your application because it is not complete, because you have taken local boards then you need to provide license

I passed the June2007 NLE

You just need to have proof of passing that exam sent to Vermont BON. You do not need to have the actual license number to give them.

And you are applying for licensure as an RN there, you cannot apply for the NCLEX exam; that is only one part of the process.

i shifted to a different state upon learning that indeed Vermont credential assessor really needs the photocopy of the license card and they will in fact wait for it before actual processing takes place. And as of last check, Vermont is one of the slowest now because of so many nurses on route to that state.

Please do a search on the forum as this has been answered many times, Also using search engines with words like Vermont nursing usually brings up the right website.

Can we ask that you do not use text in your postings as not everyone understands it, some countries may have different ways of texting and also important practice as when writing official nursing documents you can't abbreviate unless recognised by the hosptial

You have to go to the website of Vermont BON.. Just search in the engine then download their form.. In that downloadable form it comes together with the instruction in how to complete the forms plus the necessary payments that you needed.. And they are free to be called for some questions that you can't understad.. I managed to complete the whole process in two months time only..
