Because it has been several years since you applied to CA and failed exam you will have to start all over again. Only doing that will you find out whether you have to make up any courses or not

i know..is there anybody here graduated 2004 from philippines who took exam lately?

As it was mentioned to you, your 2009 application was abandoned (destroyed) since it's been over the 3 year limitation of complete your NCLEX examination period.

We've heard from others who graduated in 2004-2005 and had no problems with getting the ATT again, however, since you need to re-start your application from the very beginning with new transcripts, new non-refundable application fees, etc. This is the only way you'll know whether or not, you'll need to re-take any classes (I kinda of doubt it since you're in the exemption time frame) is to apply with the CA BRN and see what happens. No one can tell you for 100% assurance until you submit the application in for further evaluation.

Having been approved for the NCLEX-RN in the past has zero bearing on getting it approved again since there have been changes to the requirements as well as your actual previous application is no longer on file with the CA BRN.

The key is you must provide the CA BRN with those transcripts so do you have copies of them or if you don't have you contacted your school to see if they still even have them in their files? We have seen others who received their RN license from another state with a job offer in CA only to be denied the endorsement as they were unable to provide the CA BRN with the minimum documentation as requested.

If your plans don't work out, you should also make a plan B such as take a LVN to RN program, it will improve your chances of passing the NCLEX RN and improve your ability to provide safe, competent care as a RN.

You graduated in 2004, failed the nuclei in 2009. Please tell us you've been working as a nurse in thr PI in the meantime.

you graduated 12 years ago and nursing has changed a lo

OP are you in California working as a LVN or still in the PI?
