Need advice. ..reassurance about Davidson County community college in NC

Hello. I have applied to Davidson county community college in Thomasville NC for Fall 2014 LPN to RN program online. I took the NACE test and made a 80%. I've never taken it before nor anybody in my area. I just wanted to get some insight on this program for out of towners and how hard is it to get in? I've read good things about the school and I enjoyed my time there. I am excited about this new start and ready to get my RN after 4 years of LPN. Please comment. Thanks!

I'm assuming she was an alternate for the on campus RN and got called I emailed her no response bc they thread is locked I couldn't comment

I hope it wasn't lpn to rn lol ours will be here this week or next week. I'm anxious. I just got a home I'm tryna close on and I'm ready to prepare for school. This is nerve wrecking! ! I pray we get in. If not it's not God's will right now and I will accept it but I pray this is it. I don't want to go thru community college around here next year because I will have to pay for an extra semester and may have to cut hrs to work

I saw that thread too, but thought it might have been for the traditional program, but I don't think they got their acceptance letters yet. I could be wrong though. This is pretty much the perfect program for me, in regards to my work/family schedule. So I'm waiting and praying, I can't wait to hear some good news from you guys!!

Yea theirs was sent out march 10th but PNE students had to accept by April 4th so that just be the issue with that .. Praying for us all

Nope just Davidson was thinking gaston but the clinical sites would be a ride for me.. I'm in Wilmington and Davidson itself is 3 hrs lucky we don't go but 2-3 x a semester

I only applied to the 2 schools, but have plans to re-apply to Gaston, DCCC, Stanley CC, and possibly York Tech next year...but hopefully will hear something good this year, so I don't have to go through all this anxiety again next year.
