I'm currently an LVN have been doing it for about 7 yrs I was an RN in Mexico how do I get to take the boards to get my RN here in California and will I have a BSN here or not? Please help....

See if the people at the California Board of Registered Nursing will review your previous nursing education. They will let you know, in writing, the steps you'll need to take in order to obtain licensure as an RN.
Will it be considered a BSN in the eyes of CA because it's considered a batchlers degree in Mexico?

Go to the BRN website and follow the instructions there. Contact them in person to explain anything you don't understand.
Thank you do much I appreciate your help.. I need to get the ball rolling soon I didn't think I was going to be an LVN for this long but now opportunities are not so great as an LVN and I know I am capable of more 7 years later & 3 kids I need to make more money...
