I'm still confused until now. I took NCLEX and i failed. But what does it mean near passing and under passing? I have near passing in all parts except for pharma which is under passing. I know under passing is failed but how about near passing, does it mean failed also? please enlighten me. thanks..

My interpretation is near passing is very close but under passing you need to do more work in that area. Will check NCSBN and see if they have anything which explains it clearer and post link
So in short i failed in all sections.... hmmmm okey
