I took my test today but the popup I get different pop up it say Our records indicate that you have recently schedule this exam . Another registration cannot be made at this time" but it doesnt tell me to contact the board.. is this the good pop up or is it the bad pop up?

The "good popup" is some variation of "you have recently scheduled this exam... another registration cannot be made at this time" and it won't let you pay for another exam attempt.

so that mean as long as I dont get the c/c screen I have a pretty good chance that I passed even if it doesnt have the "contact the board " on it?

Yes. As long as the popup doesn't indicate that your results are on hold, and it's telling you that you've recently scheduled an exam and it won't let you pay because "another registration cannot be made at this time" is the good popup. If that's what you got, you've likely passed. Give it about 24 hours from when you finished the exam to be reasonably sure that your exam has been scored twice. It's the 2nd scoring that is definitive as to pass/fail. Only the people that are very, very close to the pass/fail line have a chance for their results to flip. Those that fail will likely have "near passing standard" on their Candidate Performance Report because they really were very close to passing. Likewise those that got the CC screen at first and later passed, they were very close to failing...

My pop up didn't tell me to contact the board either and 48 hours later I got my quick results PASS!! The next day at around 9am the state posted my license!
