Dcgrrl,
I was thinking of paying for kaplan questions plus ncsbn as I am doing now. Do you think it helped you pass NCLEX by doing both? I take NCLEX end of Aug
Jayz1989,
What are your scores average in all? What other material (book, cd) are you reviewing? I read all rationals. How many questions or lessons are you doing a day since lesson only have 20 q's?

So far, I'm doing all the topics and doing the post quiz. There are 20quesyions. After reading the content , i take the post quiz.ni got really low for the first try like 60%. So i'll go back and read the rationale with every single questions. I'll take a break, do a nclex questions from nclex 4000 then go back to ncabn to retake the test and read the, and practice what should i be thinking before picking my final andwer. Then 2nd test i get 90%.
Ok, good I'm doing same reading all content material that's provided prior to 20q post exams and I'm taking notes like stuff I forgot or need to know as it has "remember it". I'm doing 20q two days later and compare my first score to second score and its wonderful, what a different in %!!!! I'm going to do exam cram since its from Pearson. And still doing content from good old saundars :)
When do you take NCLEX?
Take the test on Tuesday. I really haven't had a whole lot of time studying. I am just praying that doing questions with NCSBN helps. I have done like 1500 questions so far total with a few other resources I have.

I think for me it was the q bank from NCSBN that helped the most but I also went thru other questions on my Kaplan book and Saunders. I did about 100 questions a day for four weeks and passed NCLEX with 75 questions. Besides NCSBN, here are all the. other books I used:
Saunders. NCLEX. RN Examination Comprehensive Review
Saunders Q&A NCLEX Review
Kaplan NCLEX RN Strategies and Review 2011-2012
Ok, I have those books too, I just don't have kaplan online q bank.
I didn't buy Kaplan's online qbank either...just the book and cd. I wanted to have a variety of questions and rationales to review because our nursing instructor told us to do at least 2500 to 3000 questions and we would pass NCLEX. At first I thought she was crazy but now I can see why she said that. Practice makes perfect. It worked for me.
Try to stop worrying about your score and just continue to practice the questions and review the rationales. You will get better. BTW--really practice those delegation questions and SATAs. I got alot of those on the exam.
Ok I will.... Thanks.
Back to ncsbn review :) have a good day hey have you found a job?
