nclex tomorrow

So bright and early tomorrow i have my exam...had a terrible migraine today that landed me in bed for several hours.

Feeling much better now, bright eyed and bushy tailed...got to force myself to sleep. My original plan to relax today didn't work. So i did my brushing up earlier tonight.

Someone once said, when the time for performing has come, the time to prepare has gone...

That means...i still got time!

I'm a bit nervous but gonna go and give it my best shot! Did i say shot?

Well in that case you all just shoot out a prayer for me. Thanks for all your encouragement...i will keep you posted!

I just did the pvt trick..and got the good popup..i couldn't believe so i did it twice..i am wondering if i did it too quickly. I waited 1hour.

I am sooo nervous right now.

Ok guys, im still a bit apprehensive but I'm keeping my fingers cross. The exam was very difficult, i broke down and started crying at 168 questions, i felt like i couldn't do it anymore .

Then i took a break after 3 hours washed my face and said to myself im still in the running! i got two ecg questions, four positioning , about 20 sata, 2 calculations ,over 100 plus priorty ques with teaching and about 30_pharmacology and lots of psych .

I cried all the way home, my husband was unable to console me, i checked and got the good popup and informed u all.

Thanks for all your help and support and encouragement. You are my extended family. This mean alot to me. The first time it was 243 ques...so you can see what was going through my head.

I studied every day since february, doing at least 50 ques a day, some days more but i try to understand rationale so i cant rush my questions. I used feuer nursing audio for content. Excellent!!!

Plus they give you study booklet with homework booklet with total over 1000 questions.

I also used saunders questions and kaplan book with questions.

Finally i decided that since ncsbn set the exam it might be wise and cost effective to do their review but i mainly did the questions..

Very much like nclex...trust me.
