Wow the time has finally come for me to take my test and stop running from it, graduated June 2013 and I kind of just put it off I was mentally and emotionally drained from school itself, took a little break and got back on the ball a couple months ago, I'm scared, nervous, excited and hopeful, 17 graduates in my cohort 12 people took nclex and all passed the 1st time, hopefully tomorrow I'll make 13, been having dreams about the test since Saturday, I get to the testing center, start my test and can't answer 1 question!! I'm so anxious but glad it's almost over nclex has been taking over my life! It consumes you, please please pray for me I need it! And goodluck to all taking their test, WE CAN DO IT!

So far 8 have taken and passed on the first try from my class. I'm so nervous that I've been sweating non stop when I think about the test. I just took a break from studying for like a half hour then I'll start back up again. I hear you aren't supposed to study the day before. But I feel like I don't know enough! LolWe'll do good! Good luck!

Good luck you two! Will be thinking of you both tomorrow. Mine is coming up soon too!!
Thanks! Yes they say take a break the day before but I'm going to look over that study guide that was posted on here and look at lab values and a couple EKGs and that's it! Hopefully ill be able to fall asleep tonight
Me too! I'm also looking at the 35 page study guide (if that's what you're talking about) and my lab values. Where are you looking at EKG stuff. My Saunders only had a couple strips. I'm going to bed early. My test is at 8 am. I'm so anxious! I have heartburn and it's because I'm too worked up.
Had a friend that said they got an EKG strip. The question was something like 'the pt has a temp of 102.9 what would the EKG strip look like' *****! Now I'm like I need to study strips!!
Oh gosh! Yea just like u I'm looking at the 35 page study guide that was posted here, I'm going to look at the EKG strips in the Saunders book I think there's only about 5 of them and look at lab values that's it! Wow that's early mine is at 2pm going to head there early tho , goodluck!

In the afternoon not so well. Good luck to you too!

Wow I can't believe you were able to wait that long! I graduated in December of last year and every day the NCLEX felt like a cloud above my head, haha. Make sure you get plenty of rest! I wish you the best!!

yes it is usually better not 2 study the night b4, b/c the last things you study usually cloud your brain up... the idea is if you have been studying all along, then the info should be in your long-term memory and by not studying the night b4 you do not cloud up long term memory with new stuff. However, what works for you, may work for you. Thus, Much Success tomorrow. Go into that exam with no stress/no anxiety/not worrying about a job or school loans, but go in carefree & allow your mind to view the exam from a critical thinking and safety perspective. If you do this, you give yourself a great chance at passing. Keep us posted on how it goes with all of you.

Good luck! You will pass! Are you taking PN or RN? And what did you use to study?
