NCLEX Takers Support Thread

Hey all. Thanks for all of your prayers and support! The waiting game is insanely cruel. Not to mention painful.

I took my exam yesterday and believe it or not, 75 questions! I was like holy Crap! I'm screwed! I was asking the proctor to let me take the exam again. On Monday, when i was suppose to be relaxing for the test on Tuesday, I spent some time here at my local parish. Meditation and spiritual guidance really helped me through this "dark" hour. I know what everyone is going through and i can completely relate.

For an update. I just got my LIC!!!! I'm so excited! I'm SOOO great full to everyone here and their prayers! It is individuals like yourselfs that make Nursing such a rewarding career and lifestyle! Even thou i've never meet anyone from this site, i know that you are all family to me because of the bond one shares from going to Nursing school.

I took june 2006 nursing board exam i reviewed for 2 mos but when i was answering the questions i really found it so much different, but yet i kept answering and everytime i'm done answering the whole test i just sealed it with prayer. Answered prayers because i passed but I needed to retake because of the scandal, i didn't have time to review for my retake since i was starting working as a nurse at that time. Praying was all I did and another answered prayer i made it again!!! There is nothing that is impossible with him. PRAY PRAY PRAY.....

Anyone can give me an advise regarding buying an NCLEX reviewer, which is more better and can really be a great aid for a review KAPLAN or SAUNDERS?

Another thing, anybody experienced reviewing online with nclexreview.ph? I just wanna know if its helpful enough.

I am planning to take NCLEX this year and i feel i really need review because i want to pass it in my first take by God's grace, because its not cheap to take it again hehehe...

know I took it too times already the first time I didnt prepare that well, the second time took a review course didnt pass, now im going back well prepared and most of all going in faith.

Hi! My sister also took the June 2006 NLE and she passed... Unfortunately, she took the second exam and didn't make it. She's having her training right now and is planning to take the exam again next year.

About me, I took my NCLEX last Aug. 18 and I didn't pass.. I'm studying again now and I'm using the Saunder's COmprehensive review book and Kaplan's strategy book. I also want to do Suzanne's first tip.. I'm still asking others on how I can send her a message..

Where you at now? Did you receive your ATT? When are you going to ake your exam? I'll be prayin' for you.

I think it is a wonderful idea that you started this thread. You are in my prayers and I wish you all the best on your exam. I will be taking my exam in November of 2008. Believe in yourself, I know you can do it! :wink2::redpinkhe

I passed! I am beyond relieved! I really was so worried. Thank you to everyone here. The support is awesome. I would like to say that now I am officially an LPN, but the state has lost my transcripts (sigh) and my school needs to resend them. My license has to wait until then. It is always something, isn't it? At least this is a minor inconvenience, and hopefully my job will see it that way! For anyone out there about to take the test, you can do it, don't panic even if every question seems like it came from outer space. Stay calm and use your best logic and you will come out on top. Don't feel shaken if you leave and feel like you didn't know anything. That is the hardest part, I think. If you are used to passing tests at school with good marks, that part can be a head trip.Best of luck to everyone...:wink2: Now maybe I can concentrate on my flooded house and my daughter's wedding!
