If you will be taking NCLEX and would like to be prayed for, can we start a fourm for this. I know that some folks are not into prayer and I don't want to offend anyone, but I sure need it!
Hello to all,
I failed NCLEX twice, with KAPLAN (maybe its just me!), and simply dont even KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN, very overwhelmed...graduated fall of 09... simply very down and a huge ball of nerves, how much more can I handle the pressure since the accelerated program itself...any advice on where and how to begin anew?!!! thank you for this amazing thread of prayer, we all need it.. only HE knows what is best for each and everyone of us and the timing is always right for everything!!! carrying on with strength and hope for only the best...!
I have been reading posts dating back to '08. The support, whether people pass or fail, has been such a comfort, I am near tears. I am a 265-er. Just got home. I was flipping out when that bad boy did not shut down. I felt like I was taking the law boards and was in the wrong booth. I did well in school, but, I find the questions so nebulous. I send support to all who are waiting for the NCLEX results and for those who must repeat it. I believe it is NOT a reflection of intelligence. All the same, I still feel not so great, but this site is anchoring me. Thanks you everyone.

Hi Fellow NCLEX takers,
I recently received my "status" on the exam and I passed. I was a 265-er. It was incredibly hard. I felt I did not answer one question correctly. I was incredulous when I saw that I had passed. But, more importantly, I want to share with all who endure this experience, remember you got through your program. The NCLEX is really strange as it relates to the relevance to our eventual practice. Hold close to your hearts that if you fail, which I could so easily have done, it does not reflect on your performance in the profession. I drew such comfort from this site when I did not know my status. So much so that I felt I would be in great company if I did not pass as people who did not on the first, second, third, etc., try, did not. It gave me a sense of comraderie and I was gearing myself for another round as it was entirely possible.
So, to all who do not pass, I could easily have been you and in spirit I am you. Your perserverance will define your gift in the field, not the NCLEX. It is a pain in the butt you will get through and do not use it as a reflection of your talent.
With great sincerity,
Sayrah
Please help me brothers and sisters... after long time of studying and exhaustian. Now I lost fucusing of studying and am planing to take this exam by the end of this month. Pls pray for me so i can get myself back in track. And I dont even know if am ready or not. How do I know if am ready anyway.

Hi Grace
This a very normal physical and psychological reaction that anyone who face a big exam like this faces. The trick is as you get close to your exam, take it more easier not push yourself harder because it will bounce back harder too. Exercise and do whatever technique you do control your stress. And remember never doubt yourself and tell ensure yourself "of course I'm ready". Good luck and my (and I'm sure others) prays with you.

I guess you can gauge your preparedness from your scores in the practice exams. People will say, its from within you and your confidence- which are both very important things to bring to the day of your NCLEX. I took it last April 14 and got only 75. I finished reading the Saunders Comprehensive Book a month earlier and just continued taking practice tests and often got 80% correctly in each test. No one can never tell our fate in the NCLEX. But just a tip, most of the questions I got were taken exactly from the Saunders Compre book and Q/A CD- exact words. As long as you know the basics of infection control, prioritization, delegation and basic skills, I think you'll pass.
Good luck to all the future nclex takers and retakers like myself! I have all of you in my prayers daily. Please say a little prayer for me as I will be taking the nclex-rn for the third time next month. God has a timing everything and I have not lost hope or faith in becoming a nurse. Please keep me in your prayers. We can do this!
