NCLEX Takers Support Thread

If you will be taking NCLEX and would like to be prayed for, can we start a fourm for this. I know that some folks are not into prayer and I don't want to offend anyone, but I sure need it!

whoa that's a good idea, i guess i need those prayers because i intend writing NCLEX-RN by end of march.

i took my nclex pn on march 5th, 2010..and i failed..i still cant believe it..i feel so broken inside and out..i dont know what to do! computer shut off at 94ques. i just dont uderstand why it shut off that early..im so lost! please help me!

I say Amen to that! We all need prayer. When I took my review at Sycamore in Los Angeles, our instructor encouraged us to call on the Holy Spirit especially on the examination day for inspiration and guidance. And it worked! I was very calm taking the test and I passed!

I would like to join this thread, I just took NCLEX for the second time and failed. But I'm not giving up. I think everyone could use a prayer sometime in their life. Hoping the third time is the one..

would like to ask for your prayers. finally, i will be taking the exam next week, april 14. now that nclex is assumed to be more difficult, i just ask for God's guidance. i have prepared myself well enough for this exam (i think and pray so!). So pray for me fellow nurses! and thank you.

Just wanna add some quick encouragement for those that are getting ready to test...I took my LPN boards and passed the first time with 84 questions without really studying :-/ and then went on to get my RN...I took my RN boards 3x and COULD NOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME PASS!!! I kept getting 265 questions so I knew I was right there on the line...finally on my fourth time I PASSED THANK THE GOOD LORD...I just had to keep my chin up and NOT give up!! You all have gotten through the tough part...all the hours spent away from families and friends and you CAN DO THIS!!! Keep positive, as this is the first step to passing your NCLEX!!! YOU WILL PASS!! YOU WILL!! :) ABOVE ALL DO NOT GIVE UP!!!

Thanks for all the encouragement from this forum. For those who have taken the nclex more than once knows how important these encouraging words and the support we get is - they have been there. Family and friends will encourge you but they don't know what you experience when you fail.

Thanks SadNurse3, I have been really scared due to this is my third attempt in May. But you are right I have spent alot of hours away from my family and friends to give up. thanks for the encouragement.
