NCLEX takers in CALIFORNIA

I took the NCLEX on 12/26/13 and have been getting the "good pop up" since I got home after taking the exam. However, my name is still not posted on the BON. I know CA is different from other states.

Now my question is, do I need to pay for license before my name will be posted, or should it have been posted by now? Does this mean I failed? I've read several different scenarios on this site for CA. Can someone please help me out??

Test on 1/31/14, nothing on the Breeze site. Friends tested > 2 weeks, nothing on the site. Both of us got good pop up's with the trick. Hope it is true.

Hey everyone. First post here. Took the NCLEX yesterday. Finished 75 questions in a little over an hour and got the good pop-up using the PVT as I was walking to my car. I'm hoping it's as accurate as I have been reading. This whole situation with the BRN has me pretty stressed out. I have a job opportunity that requires me to have my license by next week or I lose my job, and things don't look too good right now based on the turn around you that guys have been reporting :banghead:

I'll update with my result and time period to obtain licensure.

I tested in SD, CA. on Feb. 18th. I havent received a letter or anything on BON. The only thing that makes me feel better is that I got the good pop up on Pearson Vue.

The first time i tested in Oct. 2013 I did NOT get a good pop up and within 4 days i got a letter letting me know i failed.

I tried calling the boards to find out what 10 RN exam meant. and to see if I needed anything else (just in case). but for an hr straight it wouldn't even ring, it would just hang up. Then I finally got it to ring and it hung up on me.

My anxiety level is thorough the roof. They should know better than to expose people to this kind of stress :sorry:

CONGRATULATIONS! To all RN!

I SAW MINE TODAY TOO!!!! as of 3:30pm I am officially a Registered nurse.

It took 6 days to show on the CA BRN.

I just took my nclex rn on March 26 2014 until now I never have the result and I'm still getting the good pop but I hoping it's work the pearson vue trick and pray for the best and us there anybody who took nclex rn califonia that long when will your name appears on breeze .

Took my nclex twice last year with bad pop up. Took third time on 3-18-14 finally got a good pop up. Results came in 4-4-14 and I passed. So I'm for sure that the Pearson vue trick really works. I'm now officially an LVN. 205/205/180 third times a charm. I'm located in alameda county in California. Good luck everyone
