It won't allow me to go there what did you answer the questions yes everything it say you are not eligible to to do exam

I just took my nclex rn on March 26 2014 until now I never have the result and I'm still getting the good pop but I hoping it's work the pearson vue trick and pray for the best and us there anybody who took nclex rn califonia that long when will your name appears on breeze .
