NCLEX is a national examination that will be administered the same regardless of the testing center's location or the state/country. There's no such thing as the 'New York NCLEX,' the 'New Jersey NCLEX,' or the 'Utah NCLEX.'
I hate that they changed the boards, before they used to give you the generic & brand😫😫😫. Every year they make it more difficult.

Every three years the difficulty increases. There is one generic name but multiple brand names so it makes sense to list only the generic name. Plus using word prefix/suffix/root you can often decipher the drug. Such as -cillin such as amoxicillin, penicillin is often a penicillin antibiotic. -mycin like erythromycin is often a macro life antibiotic
Every year they make it more difficult.
The reality is that 85 percent of all US-educated test-takers pass NCLEX on their first attempts. If NCLEX were really that difficult, more than four out of five people wouldn't be able to pass it the first time around.
