NCLEX style questions

I have a question. When I visit these sites that give random "NCLEX Style" questions (there are several places you can go and they will put you through 20 or 30 questions)....are these really in the format that questions in nursing school are in? I am asking because I read a lot about how different these types of questions are. They really don't seem all that different to me and was wondering if I was getting a false sense of insecurity.

I'm not sure if it's the actual format that makes them hard, or the fact that you are supposed to "select all that apply" or there may be two correct answers but you have to pick the best answer. Also you really need to utilize critical thinking skills as well.

But I'm just a pre-nursing student what do I know.
