Nclex sata

Hey guys just looking for some insight. I know they are changing the rn test plan in April. Is it true that the sata questions call all be right? I'm a repeat test taker last time I took it I felt like my sata was all over the place. Just looking for a little guidance so I can pass this time.

Thanks for reading.

I guess it would depend on the question and answers but I can not see any sense in making them all right, why bother putting them in the exam

Hi bound&determined91!

The answer to your question is - Yes. It is possible that all of the SATA answer choices can be correct. As an NCLEX Prep Expert, it is essential that I stay up on latest NCLEX trends and test plans. You may find it surprising to know that this is not new to the upcoming update, and has been possible since 2016.

The most important thing to do when approaching SATA questions is to carefully consider each and every answer choice independently of the others. If it makes sense and goes along with what you've learned in school, then it should be considered as a correct answer choice.

I hope this is helpful.

Good luck!

Also only one answer can be correct on a SATA.
