NCLEX RN PVT pending results...

Hello! I've been going thru some of the threads regarding the pearson vue trick cause i'm having major anxiety! i took my test this morning and stopped at either 104 or 105 after 2 hours. i thought the test was crazy hard. It covered stuff i never even heard of in nursing school. A lot of it was SATA, 1 math question, and a lot of patient education questions. Anyways, i tried the pearson vue trick 12 hours after taking my test and i got a pop up that says "THE CANDIDATE CURRENTLY HAS TEST RESULTS ON HOLD. A NEW REGISTRATION CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS TIME"

Does anyone know what that means???? help please!

I took my exam on 22nd at 8am and I used the PVT at 7pm on 23rd to check my status but it said my result is on hold, does this mean I passed. Please I need answers cos I am so anxious

No it means your result is on hold for a QA/QC audit. This has nothing to do with pass or fail but an anomaly. Most common is an issue with palm scan, ID check in or even PC issues. Results not released to BoN until hold released. Most holds last 24-72 hours. Neither PVT nor quick results will work until hold is lifted. There is nothing to do but wait it out.

Unfortunately it doesn't mean pass or fail. You're just going to have to wait for the hold to be lifted with could be anywhere from 24 hours to 72 hours. Sorry I don't have better news for you.

also, my results were on hold for the first 24 hours after taking my nclex which delayed my license being processed by a day.

License Number:null

License Expiration:null

Licensee Name:my name was spelt out.

But the PVT IS STILL SHOWING ME HOLDING RESULT

It means because of the hold on your test the BoN cannot issue a license as Pearson Vue cannot release the results until the QAQC audit is complete.

Were there any anomalies? Did you have any issues with ID or palm scan?

No,i think the only time i remember was when i was scanning after the exam,like i took my hand off the scan too fast,so i had to repeat it

That can do it. Having to repeat a palm scan can initiate a hold. You just have to wait until the hold is lifted 48-72 hours. I wouldn't recommend trying the PVT again but either checking your BoN website or paying for quick results. (If your state participates in quick results just check your account when it states results available your hold will have been lifted and results sent to BoN. Check BoN website for a license. )

The same thing happened to me. I took my hand off the palm scan too quickly and the proctor even looked concerned. My results were placed on hold for 24 hours. After the first 24 I did the PVT,

got the good pop up and 2 days after that my name showed up on Breeze.

hello, everybody!!!!

I just took my Nclex RN like 2 hours ago, I was logged out at 75 questions and as soon as I left the building, I did the PVT and the first time it said that my card was invalid and I think this is because I didnt type all the numbers in or I picked the wrong credit card (because, hellllooo, I was freaking shaking) and anyway, after I retyped the cc info, i GOT THE GOOD pop-up, and I did his like 3 more times and each time I got the good pop-up. DOES THIS MEAN I FAILED OR PASSED??? Please let me know guys!!!!

It means a whole lot of nothing before 24 hours post exam but you increase your chances of getting charged the more times you submit payment for a duplicate registration (aka PVT). You need to be patient for at least a day or two. STOP OFFERING $200 TO PEARSON VUE OR SOON THEY ARE GOING TO ACCEPT!

Yes it means you passed! I did the Pearson Vue Trick as well about 36 hours after and got good pop-up and then I paid for quick results and said I PASSED. I agree with you the test was hard, I too got a lot of SATA, 1 math question and a lot of Nursing teaches and what should be empathize, also had a quite of bit of therapeutic communication questions. Sounds like our test where very similar. I got 176 questions, wasn't too happy but some how got through it!
