nclex RN exam today -hopeless about the results

The questions in the nclex exam are more difficult to me what i study in books and uworld....i am with tearful of eyes when my computer doesnt stop at 75..though i have some hope to pass ...computer stop at 120 but dont knw what kind of results i will get....good luck for upcoming candidates

Hi OP. In what way was the exam so much more difficult than UWorld? I know we can't talk about it in detail, but what was generally different? The way they formulated the questions? More meds than UWorld?

nobody really knows how well they do on nclex. all the answers are right to begin with for the most part. i felt the same way after i took it. i wasn't really sure how well i did.

I freaked out too, when my computer didn't shut off at 75 questions. I ended up getting about 125 questions and was so nervous I didn't pass. Have faith! The # of questions you get have nothing to do with your likelihood of passing. Good luck!
