Hello,
I just finished the LPN to RN bridge program and am starting to study for the NCLEX-RN. I'm going through the Saunders guide and really am not seeing a big difference from LPN to RN except delegation, IV and blood administration. I only took the NCLEX PN last year.
For those LPN's that bridged was there a big difference in the exams or was it more or less the same (except delegation). Was it more difficult?

you will also see questions about vents, blood products/transfusion, more triage questions that you didnt see in the lpn boards
