I use method called dimensional analysis ya learned it in chemistry, set up your calculations, units you want goes on top and so long as units cancel you'll come out with the right answer. This works for any type of conversions with no limits as to how many steps. All of my nclex math questions required up to 3 steps of conversion + tricky question to boot where i'm like hell is it asking me to do math or if this is a safe dosage amount. so good luck. Make sure you have your math down solid ... cuz you absolutely cannot get your math questions wrong. tis unsafe practitioner otherwise. GOOD LUCK!! you can do it

Dimensional analysis how to set up etc: see link. Math Skills - Dimensional Analysis

Inori, thanks so much for the Math Skills - Dimensional Analysis
