Questions:
1. Any penalty for guessing on uncertain questions?
2. Any penalty for leaving questions or items blank?
3. How much does each question weight or points per question?
4. Is the NCLEX-RN graded in subcategories like nursing school broken down into med surg 1 and 2, maternal, mental, etc. ?
5. Are the all that apply questions graded partially if you get some right? On ATI you get partially credited.

Exam can be on anything. Question can't be missed, you need to answer before it will move to the next

I suggest going here: NCLEX & Other Exams | NCSBN
That should answer all of your questions.
On a side note, ATI gives partial credit for an answer? We used ATI at my school and I never knew that. I didn't think any exams gave you partial credit for a question - like a select all, if you select 2 out of 3 right, I always thought it was marked wrong. Weird ATI doesn't mark it like that!
Exactly. I'm doing ATI assessment for preparation and when I review the questions that are select all that apply I get partial credit. Will review the web page u suggested. Thankyou
