hi!!! i'm taking nclex-rn exams months from now...and plans to enroll at kaplan after completing board of nursing's reqt's...i have saunders nclex-rn book 2nd edition given by a friend...question: is it still useful and will help me in my review? i've started reading and found it helpful but i'm afraid that what i'm reading's already obsolete or what...do i need to buy the latest edition? thanks for all those kind-hearted who will help me with this...:loveya:

I think you need to purchase the new edition in saunders

Thaty book is about ten years old or so, there is a 4th edition that is now available.
Definitely get a newer edition and do not use that book, too many changes have taken place.
