NCLEX Review with Lippincotts Q&A

Published

Is there anybody out there, that used Lippincotts Q&A and passed the NCLEX, that can tell me if an average of 65% on the comprehensive tests will cut it? Im averaging 65% on the first two comprehensive tests on the back of the book and Im getting worried. Are the questions on par (difficulty wise) with the nclex? Any help would be appreciated.

Cmon peoples! I need help!!! Please, anyone, please, help me! I know there are threads out there that talk about Lippincott this or that, but I just want to know if I stand a prayer on the NCLEX, if im getting 65% on these comprehensive tests at the end of the book. Im worried sick. Its pathetic!

I passed with that book 2 days ago ,your average is saim like mine!!! Good luck

Thank you! Thats good to hear, congratulations. What do you think was harder? NCLEX or the Lippincott Q&A comprehensive test(S)?

Yes, I used this book, took and passed NCLEX with 75 questions yesterday. I would say that this book has the most similar questions that I have had on the exam.

I had 75% on comprehensive #1. Also, I used Kaplan (mandatory in my school) which I found very confusing. However, Kaplan helped me with comprehensive / priority type of questions. I would say, Lippincott helped me to understand contest better. Practice, practice, and practice ... On exam, I had about 30 SATA, 2 pictures, 1 chart, 2-3 step-by-step procedures and a lot of meds. If you have any specific questions I will be happy to answer.Good luck!!!

Thanks for getting back to me with that advice. We'll see, hopefully I can pull it off.
