I graduate 4 months ago and I have ADN and which hospital has new great program there are asking for BSN, so I am Disappointed and I don't know what to do!

Thanks ))) At least I can speak and write in English ))) my friend Who works in hospital she said they got a lot of complaints From patients and patients families, Because of the hospital has a Many nurses Who can't speak and write in English, And I am very surprised how Hospital can have these kind of nurses )))

In my country i had 6 month, in US as a nurse i sturt in Feb.

No Orientation, The registry want to send me as already experiencing nurse and they said don't tell them that you're not experiencing so I don't feel comfortable!
