NCLEX results online?

When I took NCLEX in August of 1997 in PA, I was able to call the State Board of Nursing Directly. A nursing license is public info. I took My boards on 8/6/97 and had my father call on Monday 8/11/02, all he needed to give them was my SSN. I passed! I didn't believe him at first. Then reality set in and I jumped up and down screaming for joy!!!!!! At last I had reached my dream of becoming an RN! Sure it took me 7 years post high school to finish but if you want something bad enough, you'll do everything in your power to make it happen!

hey everyone,

i would like to ask some questions about the online nclex results.i applied for the ca_bon and i know that they dont participate in quick results. i am a foreign nurse and i dont have any ssn # or whatsoever.is there any other way i can obtain my results on an earlier time rather than waiting for it via snail mail...hehehe. i haven't taken the exam yet but i want to be informed also...

i hope somebody will answer my plea... :confused:

Hi Shoo,

Im here in california and we don't have quick results here you actually have to wait 2-3 weeks I think, in order to get your results in the mail. Im bummed just like you are. Keep your head up you probably did pass.

TO FIND YOUR NCLEX RESULTS FOR FREE, ONLINE GO TO:

WWW.DOH.WA.GOV and type in your name to see if you are listed as a licensed nurse. if you are from WA state... you can click on provider credentials and then find your name by typing in your name.

I imagine that each state has a dept of health that has a similar website. This is who keeps the licenses (statewide) for WA and I think if you just go to your state's licensing and then hunt for the provider credentials you can search.

In AZ if you go to the AZBN.org website the day after taking the test - usually after 10:00am or so (unless you take the test on Friday) you can type in your name, SS#. It will bring up pending (if the results aren't back) or a license # if you have passed. I did this and I found out the next day for free.

you will not receive any results until you have a ss#. there have been many posts about this. if you search the forums, especially under the foreign nurses or california forums, you'll see people keep asking this same question from the phllippines. foreign nurses have a different schedule to find out their results. good luck.

im going to take the exam last week of may. :) anyways, thanks for the input. i guess all i have to do in my situation a is to wait and see..... as the saying goes "patience is a virtue" wish me luck and please help me pray...

NCLEX

Hi 2 everyone, I took the NCLEX last February and until now, I have'nt received the results.. I'm a forein nurse, do you have an idea when should I receive the results?.. I am quite nervous!! It's been a week-long agony... :lol2:
